Terms of Service

Gas Guys LLC ("Gas Guys," "we," "us") is a mobile fuel-delivery service based in Huntington, West Virginia. We bring gasoline to your vehicle and dispense it on site. By creating an account or requesting a fill-up you agree to these terms.

You request a fill-up through the app, pick a date and a morning or afternoon window, and one of our technicians fuels your vehicle during that window. Service is currently available in and around Huntington, WV. We may accept, reschedule (with your approval), or decline any request — for example when a day is fully booked or weather makes fueling unsafe.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your contact details, addresses, and vehicle information accurate — our technicians rely on them to find and fuel the right vehicle. New accounts are reviewed and approved by our team before the first fill-up.

• Fuel at pump price. Fuel is passed through at the price we paid at the pump, with no markup.
• Individual fill-ups: a $25 service fee per fill, plus the fuel.
• Vehicle subscription: $41.60 per month per vehicle ($40 + 4% card processing), which includes 4 fill-ups per billing cycle with no per-fill service fee. Fuel is still billed at cost. Fills beyond your cycle allowance are billed at the individual rate.
• Card processing fee: a 4% processing fee is added to each per-fill charge (fuel, service fees, and trip fees). The monthly subscription price already includes it.

A valid payment card on file is required before we dispatch a technician. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers. You authorize us to charge your saved card after each completed fill-up for the fuel, applicable fees, and processing fee shown in the app, and for the subscription price each billing cycle while a subscription is active.

If a technician arrives during your chosen window and cannot complete the fill — for example the vehicle isn't there, the fuel door is locked, or the vehicle is inaccessible — we charge a $25 wasted-trip fee plus the 4% processing fee to your card on file. This applies to subscription and individual customers alike: the truck rolled either way. We always tell you by email when this happens and why.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel any time from the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep your remaining fills until then. We don't prorate or refund partial periods, and unused fill-ups don't roll over between cycles.

If a charge to your card fails, we'll ask you to update your payment method. We may pause new fill-ups and suspend an active subscription until the balance is settled.

By requesting a fill-up you confirm you're authorized to have the vehicle fueled where it's parked and grant our technician permission to access it there. Our technicians follow fuel-handling safety practices and may decline or stop a fill they judge unsafe; if that happens before any fuel is dispensed, the wasted-trip fee in Section 5 may apply.

We carry out every fill with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change we'll post the new version here and update the date above; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
